Early December Pandemic Check-in
We’re in a 2nd, or 3rd wave of COVID-19 now. But 2020 is almost over. We’re almost there.
Hey Friends,
I know I’ve recently checked in with you guys a few times now. I know we’ve had some fun moments, and some not as funny moments. Various parts of the United States had their numbers together. Now, we don’t.
As I am writing this, the United States is closing in on 15 million cases, and the state I live in currently is hovering around 400 thousand cases as reported by the Johns Hopkins University COVID Tracker. By the time you read this, 400 thousand could be a distant memory. Things are a bit insane here, to say the least.
I know we are all struggling to get by with the Pandemic taking over this year. With mask mandates, endless zoom family reunions, zoom meetings, zoom parties, and zoom happy hours, we’re all going through a time we’ve never seen before. If we aren’t trying to get through it, we’re trying to get our kids through zoom school. The only thing that makes me happy about my upcoming zoom meeting is my being able to wear my favorite Christmas sweater. Christmas sweaters are my jam.
